Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Butler devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. We have an exciting opportunity for a Butler dedicated in delivering memorable service all day every day.

The Butler will report to the Head Butler and ensure our Front Office team provides an engaging, sincere, personalized service to our guests. As Butler, you will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests’ needs is a hallmark of the brand experience. You will need to showcase your passion for guest service with an exemplary standard of care and personal attention that will make feel guests not only comfortable, but also valued.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant luxury hotel experience in a similar role
• A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team player skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and excellent knowledge of Opera
