About The Role
A Quick service team member at Butlin's is the face of the brand as they provide the initial and often the only contact with customers. They greet customers as they approach the counter, ask them for their food order preferences, communicate the order to the kitchen and ensure that the customers' order is provided to them in an accurate and time-efficient manner. 
Our Quick Service Restaurants on resort include: Food carts, Burger King, Scoop Ice Cream parlour, Phat pasties and Costa.

About You
You don't need any experience to work as part of our team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have Restaurant experience, we would also love to hear from you.
Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
Our Quick Service restaurants are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
