Roar’s exciting small group and on demand class concept, ROAR Classes, is seeking exceptional and passionate instructors to join the team led by Celebrity Trainer and 3 x Olympian Sarah Lindsay.

We are looking for highly driven instructors that can inspire, motivate, and energize clients in a small group class and live online to a global audience from our beautiful Kensington studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering first class small group training and live online streamed classes
• Promoting the Roar Classes aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
• Inspiring, energising and motivating clients and providing superior customer service at all times
• Acting as a Roar Classes ambassador

REQUIREMENTS

• Instructor or personal training certification and experience from leading group training
• Confident with weight training including Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells.
• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality with masses of enthusiasm, positive energy and self-confidence
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others reach their goals
• Excellent verbal skills, able to project your voice and message clearly
• Proven dependability and reliability
• Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Availability for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
