Senior Reservations Agent - Maida Vale, London
front Desk Reservations & Reception department
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily check in's and check out's
- Answering emails in a timely manner
- Processing guest enquiries, reservations, and payments
- Showing apartments to potential guests
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Dealing with the in-house guests and providing them with local information
Requirements:
- Right to work in UK
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team oriented
- Knowledge of a PMS system is a plus
