We are currently recruiting for a Leisure Club and Spa Supervisor for our 5 Star The Grand Hotel and Spa, this role comes with structured career progression within Hand Picked Hotels.

Grand Hotel and Spa Jersey, really is the jewel in the crown, with its 4 AA rosette restaurant, terrace dining overlooking the sea, champagne lounge, private dining, luxurious bedrooms, spa and leisure club making this a destination hotel with so much to offer.

About the role:

  • We are recruiting a Full Time permanent Leisure Club and Spa Supervisor to work alongside the Leisure Club and Spa Management team.
  • As Leisure Club and Spa Supervisor you will responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the leisure club and spa operation on a day to day basis and supervising the team.
  • This will including opening and closing the operation, ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times including in the pool area.
  • As the Leisure Club and Spa Supervisor you will understand the importance of member retention and will contribute to ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered to our members and guests.
  • You will have the ability to manage and work well as part of the team, interacting with others in a sensitive and effective way.
  • This full time position will be on a shift rota basis and include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About you:

  • To be consider for this role current supervisory or duty management experience in a Health Club or Hotel is desirable with knowledge of managing pool safety.
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to lead and motivate a small team and be happy to hands on in the operation.
  • You will be passionate about standards of cleanliness and able to inspire others.
  • You’ll be organised and able to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Most of all, you’ll have a professional, approachable and positive manner.
