We're currently recruiting a dedicated Account Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 29 hours per week.

More about the role:
We are looking to appoint an Administrator to assist the Central Amenities Fund Manager in ensuring the overall management and operation of the Central Amenities Fund Office.
Main Duties to include:-
- Production of monthly mess bills
- Banking
- Oversee and administer debtors
- Ordering/distributing swipe cards
- Calculating and charging Division functions
- Filing/weeding/stationery orders
- Point of contact for enquiries
- Assisting Central Amenities Fund Manager

Essential:
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Able to take responsibility for managing your own work and resources
- Clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Numerate and computer literate with experience of in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
