We're currently recruiting a dedicated Account Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 29 hours per week.

More about the role:

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to assist the Central Amenities Fund Manager in ensuring the overall management and operation of the Central Amenities Fund Office.

Main Duties to include:-

  1. Production of monthly mess bills
  2. Banking
  3. Oversee and administer debtors
  4. Ordering/distributing swipe cards
  5. Calculating and charging Division functions
  6. Filing/weeding/stationery orders
  7. Point of contact for enquiries
  8. Assisting Central Amenities Fund Manager

Who you are:

Essential:

  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Able to take responsibility for managing your own work and resources
  • Clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Numerate and computer literate with experience of in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
