We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our central finance team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be assisting the Supervisor/Manager with day to day accounts payable duties.

What will I do? 

• Enter invoices
• Prepare BACS payments
• Reconciliation
• Ensure key supplier relationships are maintained
• Respond to and resolve any queries
• Administration
• Adhoc accounts duties as and when required

Is this the role for me? 

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable role
• Ideally will have experience working within a hotel/hospitality environment, however, this is not essential
• IT savvy, must be proficient with MS Office, Excel to an advanced level 
• Strong communication & organisational skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail 
• A ‘can do’ attitude, confident and self-motivated 
• Flexibility to work the occasional weekend, depending on when month-end falls
