Holiday Home Sales Administrator - Broadland Sands Holiday Park - Lowestoft, Suffolk

Salary: £24,500 - Negotiable

The successful applicant will be responsible for: 

• Contacting new owners and completing our Aftersales Survey. 
• Recording and monitoring aftersales queries. 
• Updating relevant excel spreadsheets. 
• Communicating with parks after surveys have been completed. 
• Assisting with incoming queries from owners. 

The successful candidate will have: 

• Previous knowledge of holiday parks would be an advantage. 
• Good attention to detail, analytical, and multitasking skills. 
• Good Numeracy Skills and attention to detail. 
• Good PC skills including knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail. 
• Excellent organisation and communication skills 
• A clear understanding of and ability to maintain Company confidentiality at all times 
• The ability to work under own initiative 
• Have a high degree of integrity
