If so, we have a brilliant opportunity for you to join our NHS Supply Chain team as Admin support to our Client Account Management team.
More about the role:- Leading the co-ordination of functional performance and KPI data to support with monthly performance reporting to Regional Sales Manager
- Provide event co-ordination and facilitation support for any external events, conferences, or webinars
- Support and coordinate Case Study development within our NHS trusts
- Be the primary contact and administrator for our Customer Relationship Management system
- Co ordination and supporting of mini competition documents
- Assist with the onboarding and de-boarding of new colleagues following established business processes
- Ensuring pipeline and monthly product activity reports are collated on time
- Ensuring key database contact lists are kept up to date
- To support with the co-ordination of adhoc projects/tasks as required received for internal stakeholders
- Conduct other administrative duties such as generation of monthly system reports to emails and preparing documents

Ideally you will have experience in an administrative positions and an excellent understanding of Microsoft systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience in Project Management or Coordination(desirable)
In this role, you will be delivering against multiple stakeholder requirements, therefore you must be able to prioritise multiple demands with a proven ability to operate at pace in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and have a collaborative approach with the ability to work cross functionally with colleagues across the business.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power point skills
- Integrity and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- High standard of literacy skills and accuracy
- Strong team player, can do attitude, willingness to assist with admin tasks to support the team
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to effectively plan and organise own multiple workloads within tight timescales
