Chiswick Swimming Instructors Required

Laura Sevenus Swimming Tuition has successfully been teaching children in London to swim since 2000 using our unique method and approach operating from our private pool. Our small yet busy swim school is recruiting qualified and experienced swimming instructors to join our beautiful Chiswick location in London W4.

Operating seven days a week, we provide small and intimate swimming classes from babies through to adults. Over a 6-week period, successful candidates will receive full training in our method, both in and out of the water.

The hours we currently need are;

• Thursday afternoons from 13h30 - 20h15pm.
• Saturday - 08h15 - 17h30pm
• Sunday  - 08h15 - 17h30pm
• Friday - 13h30 - 19h15pm

Please only apply if you are available for at least one of these shifts

We would consider an applicant who could do either only mornings on weekends or only afternoon shifts

Thursday afternoons are non-negotiable however If you are only able to teach only Thursdays and not the weekend, we would consider this as well.

Personal Requirements

You must have a passion for teaching underpinned by your qualifications and have expertise in working with children of all ages including adults.

You must enjoy and have a genuine interest in the industry, a desire to add value to those you teach, an empathetic nature and a very good understanding of children.

A positive person with excellent interpersonal skills and spoken English, enthusiasm, an EU passport or valid working visa and good references.

The Ideal Candidate

• ASA Level 1 or 2, STA Swimming Teaching Certificate or equivalent • Experience teaching baby classes ideal
• First Aid Certification (preferably paediatric)
• NPLQ Qualification or equivalent
• A fun yet professional person with excellent communication skills
• Must be well presented, reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated to the role
• A strong swimmer
• Love working with children
