As a Housekeping Manager, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll think creatively to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-presented, and continually think of new ways to improve the Leonardo Hotels product. You will inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations and create memorable moments. 

If you’re our ideal Head Housekeeper, you will: 

  • Be yourself! 
  • Ensure that the Housekeeping department meets all Health & Safety requirements  
  • Ensure that KPIs are met and support your team to achieve these 
  • Collaborate with the wider hotel team to meet the hotel’s strategic objectives  
  • Think about the future by creating training and succession plans
