We are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor to help deliver the day to day operations at Rufford Abbey Country Park. 

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Estates Manager, the successful candidate will be a part of a team of three positions tasked with ensuring the highest standards are maintained. The role will involve working shifts, being outside and active, managing a diverse range of positions and taking responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of visitors.

Key tasks include:

• Ensuring the visitor experience exceeds their expectations
• Managing traffic and car park attendants
• Managing operations, including adventure golf, archery, boating and outdoor education
• Managing cleaners
• Supporting events
• Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to
• Proactive and reactive maintenance

The Person

The successful candidate is expected to have at least two years operational experience.
