Aquatic Lead (Swimwell Manager) - Sale Leisure Centre - Sale, Greater Manchester

The role:

This is an exciting role responsible for managing and growing our Learn 2 Swim programme. Working with the Management and support teams across our Leisure centers you will also be responsible for;

• Managing a large programme of approximately 2400 swimmers.
• To drive and deliver on the wet side income which is the largest at site.
• Your aim will be to maximise the overall usage of our swimming pools for all stakeholders.
• To liaise with our swimming club for pool hire.
• To manage our School swim programme.
• To manage our excellent team of Swimming Teachers.
• Responsible for training , developing and motivating a large team of Swimming Teachers
• The overall growth & retention of the learn to swim business in your hands with a focus on KPI’s
• Creating opportunities for children & adults to learn a vital life skill.
• This role will be flexible but will include  covering lessons and working different days and times if the business requires.
• Essential qualifications for this Role
• Swim England Level 1 & 2 Qualification or equivalent
• Management experience required.

Location:                     

Your primary location will be Sale although you could be expected to work from our various sites across Trafford although we are happy to work flexibly with you.

Evening and weekend work is required
