Butlin's Minehead are holding a Recruitment selection day in Birmingham City Centre on Saturday 29th April 2023, and we are looking for passionate people to join us as a Team member plus at our Butlin's Minehead Resort, as well as live in accommodation for 18 and over, we also offer;

12.50 per hour
5 day working week
Lots of variety!
Training & Support, 

Please Note: This position will be based on our resort in Minehead, Somerset.

What to expect on the day
Our recruitment sessions are all about finding out about you! They're designed to give you lots of opportunity to show your skills, behaviours and most importantly - your personality. We do our recruitment in groups and we will involve you in a few different activities on the day. We know some people are great in interviews, others may be more confident in a group environment, so this allows us to get a really rounded view. We also think our recruitment sessions are pretty fun - hopefully you'll agree!

About the Role
'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we're looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.
We will provide you support and training to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in a number of areas including accommodation, bars and restaurants. One day you may be pulling pints and making drinks for our guests, the next you could be making sure our accommodation is cleaned and looking fantastic for our new guests arriving.
No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.
Whether you're looking for a role on a temporary basis, or you have your sights set on a career with Butlin's, these roles provide the perfect opportunity to get some hands-on experience in some of our most guest facing areas.

About You
We're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.
Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests.
