Founded in 2013, B&K is a blend of Great British Pubs with US-inspired hospitality and beer culture. We have open fires, cask ales and Sunday Roasts - but we also have quirky industrial dcor, an eclectic range of guest beers and home-style BBQ dishes.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, energetic, guest-focused person to join our Business Support team in our Sales & Reservations department based in Nottingham.

24-32 Hours per week

Fixed Term Maternity Cover until February 2024

As a Sales & Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests on their booking journey whether it be to make a dinner reservation, book a table for drinks or answer requests for more information on function spaces. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from beginning to end on the customer's journey with us.

As a Sales and Reservations Executive, you will have an exceptional telephone manner, where you will be handling inbound calls from our estate of 23 sites as well as managing enquiries from our online booking system. You will have the ability to be well organised, work in a fast-paced environment and be a person who enjoys structure to your working day, working to targets with a great attention to detail.

We value hard work, commitment, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to exceed customers' expectations.

The role will include shift and weekend work. Our office is manned from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday & 10am-6pm on weekends.
