Do you have a passion for driving online activity and conversions using data-driven insight? We are looking for someone with experience in digital marketing to join the customer and marketing function to deliver results for Asda and George online. 

What you'll do

We have a great opportunity within the Digital Marketing team for the right applicant to join as a Performance Media Co-ordinator. You will use Performance media channels to deliver weekly & monthly targets to support the growth of Asda's online businesses, taking ownership of reporting to optimise activity and meet KPIs. A key part of the role is to work closely with digital analytics and measurement teams to drive the most value from your channels and report results back to stakeholders.  You will also work closely with creative and proposition teams to AB test messaging and creative, using learnings to build effective campaigns for the future. There is also the opportunity to leverage relationships with partners such as Google, Meta & TikTok to drive first-in market trials / BETAs within this role.

You will be working within a team of subject matter experts with great access to learning and development opportunities. 

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for digital and performance marketing. Due to the nature of performance media, you will need to be able to work at pace to respond to market conditions and business demands. We are looking for someone with a good mix of the following experience and skills:

    Knowledge of digital media & analytics is essential to this role. 
  • You will be comfortable at analysing data & performance metrics to drive online behaviour and action.
  • Experience of working with SEO, Affiliates, Programmatic channels, Display, Social, PPC and Google Shopping a significant advantage. Channel certifications such as Google Ads certifications would also be an advantage. This is a cross functional role. Building collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and third-party agencies is critical to the success of this role. You will need to deliver timely and accurate information through the appropriate channels/forums to ensure colleagues and agencies are informed and supported.
