Host - Live In Accommodation - Brockenhurst, Hampshire

Hours: 40 hours per week (8-6 per day - 4 days a week inclusive of weekends)

Salary: £22,000 per annum

We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us at The Master Builders Hotel as Hotel Host. 

As Hotel Host, you will serve a key role: To deliver excellence in customer service by continuously identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining agreed standards of service and product delivery in line with company business objectives. 

Some of your key responsibilities: 

• Check In & Check Out of guests and updating internal systems of guest presence. 
• To know all facilities and service within the hotel and in the local area and share this with guests who need assistance.
• Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these. 
• Guest satisfaction and interaction. 
• Process walk-in reservations accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.
