The Marketing Manager will be based primarily at our Central Support team in Manchester. They should be focused on creating a premium guest dining experience, at every touch point of the journey. In this role you will oversee promotional events and marketing activities for all restaurant sites, implementing a bottom-up strategy to ensure relevance within the local market. You will be expected to undertake a large presence within the CRM strategy for the business. As Marketing Manager for Individual Restaurants, you will need a positive attitude, an aggressive appetite for growth and a good work ethic

About you

  • In this role you will be required to have at least 5 years’ experience within a similar role within a retail or hospitality environment with evident experience in CRM.
  • Proof of developing great professional relationships
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification preferred.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Great communication skills with the ability to inspire others.
