Party Host - Furzefield Leisure Centre - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

Job Type: Casual (Weekends)

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour (from 1st April 2023)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for party hosts at Furzefield Leisure Centre working with an enthusiastic and friendly team. We are seeking individuals with boundless enthusiasm and energy to host our parties. If you enjoy having fun whilst working, then this may be the job for you!

We are looking for someone who has skills, knowledge and experience of (essential);

• Knowledge of Children’s parties or similar children’s activities
• Be outgoing and or a fun disposition
• To have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience children and young people aged 3-14years.

The role will involve;

• To lead children’s birthday parties and liaising with the general public
• To meet and assist party customers when arriving at the centre.
• To ensure that all equipment is in order before the customer arrives.
• To ensure the tea party room is set up to the customer’s requirement and is clean and safe before and after.
• Assist with catering requirements for the party.
• Serve hot drinks and snacks to the party parents during the party.
• Coordinate any games and monitor the structure of the party.
