Duties and tasks related to the Painter role include
- To attend to all work as delegated by the Engineering Manager / Team Leader
- To ensure a prompt response is afforded to all guest related maintenance requests, whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner
- To carry out all painting and decorating proficiently, paying particular regard to good practices and high standards.
- To be vigilant and respond to room defects as and when they appear
- To carry out PPM in rooms, a/c handling units and bathrooms, paying particular attention to showerhead de-scaling.
- To ensure the safe continual operation of all Fire Doors (including all guest room doors).All door hinges and locks are to be maintained and lubricated on a regular basis.
- Maintain the corridor, Lobby and guest room lighting throughout the Hotel, ensuring all burnt out light bulbs are replaced promptly
