We are recruiting for individuals who are highly motivated and can provide excellent customer service. You’d be critical in maintaining our facilities to be open, clean and safe, as well as ensuring equipment is working. Ideally holding a National Pool Lifeguard qualification, you will be able to work on your own initiative & play an integral part of the team who follow a quality management system.  

If you don’t already hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, we can provide full training for the right candidates.

The Opportunity

• Taking responsibility for the Health and Safety of all our customers
• Pro-actively carrying out daily checks such as pool temperature ensuring standards are met
• Take pride in poolside surroundings, by conducting cleaning duties & maintaining hygiene standards
• Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming service to all customers
• Maintain full product knowledge of the services at our centre. Flexibility towards the hours and role are essential as you will be required to work on a shift-rota basis including evenings and weekends.
• Support the Duty Manager in the day to day operations of a busy leisure facility

The Person

• We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the job they do and wants to become an integral part of a dynamic, fast paced team
• You will ideally have some experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential and all training will be provided. Flexibility is a must as we adapt our programme timetables to suit demand
• Any qualifications within the leisure sector are desirable but not essential
