Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £27,500.00 per year

Competitive pay with additional gratuities of circa £200 - £250 per week for full time staff (an extra £10400 - £13000 a year)

Exciting opportunity to work in a brand new freshly kitted out kitchen.

From the success of launching our first restaurant in January 2022, followed by our second site in December 2022, we are now looking to expand the team further across the Cow and Sow brand.

We are looking for a leader that can guide and manage a brigade, who has previous experience in a similar role and works well in a team.

You will work alongside a very talented Head Chef and Front of House team to create and deliver an exceptional, fresh and seasonal menu.
