Food & Beverage Assistant

To promote a hospitable and professional image to members and give full co-operation to any member requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Full knowledge of the menu including dishes, ingredients & specific set up's
• Follow procedures
• Comfortable in using digital ordering systems
• Manage member queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Achieve departmental targets
• Confidently manage any diners’ complaints
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with food hygiene regulations, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Requirements

• Able to work under pressure
• Previous experience and knowledge of food and beverage is desirable
• Desire to learn new skills
• A passion and interest in delivering great service to members
• Experience working in a diverse environment
• Good communication skills
• Team-working skills
