Responsibilities:

• Support the Wedding Manager with all enquiries concerning weddings, conferences and events
• Meeting clients and conducting show rounds
• Producing quotations, contracts, invoices and function sheets
• Coordinate and maximise event enquiries and bookings and maximise sales accordingly
• To take responsibility from enquiry stage to completion of the event
• To deliver the best possible service to guests at all times
• To communicate and coordinate between departments with all upcoming events
• To have full product knowledge of weddings and events at Cliveden House
• To ensure accurate capture of all data for prospective customers and customers alike
• To act as the liaison for the Central Events Office
• To produce stationary (menus, place cards & table plan) for Weddings / Events where required
• To be fully aware of the Hotel 's fire safety procedures and Health & Safety regulation
