Location: Various Locations Including - The Oxford Belfry, Oxford / Dunston Hall, Norwich

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 3 - 6:30pm

Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour (£16,660 - £20,825 per annum)

Description:

LittleAqua Academy Swim Teachers are the heart of the company. Our teachers are trained on how to deliver high quality, engaging and personalised swimming lessons following the LittleAqua Academy scheme. Lessons will vary from 2-2-1 (two swimmers to one teacher), 1-2-1 and in some cases (with additional training) - parent and baby classes.

Main Duties:

• To arrive in adequate time before the start of a shift to asset in setting up the pool and checking registers.
• Aim to ensure that you have a minimum of 90% of swimmers re-enrol from term to term.
• To ensure all swimmers progress is logged on the registers and awards are requested and handed out at appropriate times.
• To support other instructors within the team at LittleAqua Academy.
• To promote LittleAqua as a business and its values.
• To deliver high quality lessons in accordance with the LittleAqua Academy. award scheme.
• To understand and follow all LittleAqua Academy and legal procedures/guidance/recommendations.
• To ensure understand each venues operating procedures.
• Ensure your qualifications, enhanced DBS checks and any relevant insurances remain up to date in line with LittleAqua Academy guidance.
• To complete bi-monthly written reports on individuals swimmers progress.
• To assist in packing away of equipment and completing the registers at the end of each shift.

Detailed hours of work:

LittleAqua Academy teachers will work 42 weeks per year. This entitles you to 5.6 weeks paid holiday. If your working hours vary from this, your holiday will be paid on a pro-rata basis. All holiday must be taken between terms. Your shifts may change to suit operation requirements.

Hours: 17.5hrs

Salary: £16,660 to £20,825 (to be paid equally over 12 months
