Deputy Head Housekeeper - About you

  • Previous experience in a similar position ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent
  • Experience in managing a large team leading from the front
  • Excellent training and communication skills within a managerial environment
  • Keen eye for detail, exemplary organisational skills and you will be well presented

Key responsibilities of the Deputy Head Housekeeper

  • Be confident in deputising for the Head Housekeeper in their absence
  • Take ownership of answering day to day issues relating to room queries via both email and telephone
  • To organise the daily room cleaning schedules and rotas for all teams
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively and ability to work in a busy environment
  • Strive to provide 5 star service to all guests whilst maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times
  • Work under pressure to ensure the monitoring of standards for all of our suites and luxury Treehouses
  • Work in an efficient manner with all computer systems and administration
