How would you like to work with swim! – The UK’s leading premium Learn to Swim brand?

We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Adult Learn to Swim  -Swimming Teachers and join our industry leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.

Your primary role will be to plan, deliver and review the highest quality, supportive and progressive learn to swim lessons for Adults who cannot swim. Providing excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities, giving adults courages, overcoming fear and achieving their personal goals.

This role is for weekday hours 7.30 - 9.00am and 8.30 - 10.00pm

Job Description

• Deliver progressive and supportive lessons to adults using swim! teaching resources
• Deliver 121 and group lessons to adults with excellent understanding of technique and appropriate activities for adults aged 18yrs+
• Deliver exceptional customer care and encourage continued participation aligned to customer's individual goals and ambitions
• Deliver the swim! experience to include showing customers round the centre, driving memberships and attending regular meetings with the swim! team to share best practice

Person Specification

• Swim England Qualifications Level 2 Swimming Teacher or equivalent or alternatively, willing to work towards Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focused, demonstrates a determined and committed approach to quality
• Perseverance and patience to encourage and put people at ease
• Observant, notices customers and anticipates their needs
• Passion for swimming
