Then look no further, as a HR Shared Services Contact Centre Manager at ASDA, you will be responsible for providing world-class HR services within our centralised HR shared services team.
This is a high-profile role with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business offering the opportunity to make some significant cultural, procedural and systems improvements across the function.
You will lead and motivate a large team to deliver outstanding service to both our new and existing colleagues and key stakeholders across the business and ensure tasks and queries are handled in a timely & accurate way
You will set clear strategic direction and translate these initiatives into day to day process delivery, managing deadlines for a number of projects and promote continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Operating in a data-driven environment and analysing complex data and use output and insight to support driving business change including policy, standardisation and automation
You will be crucial in providing support and development opportunities for colleagues via robust bi-annual talent review to assess skill gaps, build pipeline and success planning.
About You
- HR professional or Contact Manager with a customer-centred approach and a passion for delivering excellent service and delivering results
- Experience in people management, including planning and continuously pursuing team improvements
- Ability to promote ideas to wider business stakeholders and proven experience managing and executing change
