Working Hours: 37 per week, though we would consider part time split hours as well. Monday to Sunday, earlies, lates and weekends when lessons are on

Salary: £23,194.00 + opportunity for overtime + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for an Aquatics Commercial Lead to join our team.

This exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the operational and commercial responsibility for all aquatics activity at Bolton Leisure, while managing our dedicated Swim teachers’ team (rota’s, performance, safeguarding, customer service, standards) and the overall pool programme.

This role will drive the commercial growth and financial results of all aquatics activity above and will be measured on core KPIs (inclusive of income, profit, cost, participation, length of stay & retention). This key role sits within the Bolton Leisure Senior Management team and is crucial to the business.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.

About you

Ideally the successful candidate will hold or have the ability to work towards gaining Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher or STA level 2 award and Certificate in Teaching Swimming.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for swimming and teaching children this crucial life skill and / or someone seeking to progress their leisure management career.
