Shift Pattern - including daytime, evening and weekends on a rota basis

As a Lifeguard at our Cambridge site you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and you're able to provide ongoing training records. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you're passionate about great customer care - and you're a real team player.

This role will include:

• Lifeguarding our pool facilities - help our members stay safe and healthy when using our brilliant wet facilities - the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room. An NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification) is desired but not essential as any successful candidate can be put through the course with Nuffield once onboarded.

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping around the club.

• Support the day to day running of the club in required departments such as Reception and Café. We will up-skill the successful candidate to be functional in many areas.

• Provide excellent customer service to our members.

• Be attentive and alert at all times

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
