  • The most insane staff party... I mean FESTIVAL with all food and drinks provided! You heard right. This festival is legendary!
  • With our growth around the country, your progression opportunities are endless.
  • New to cocktails? Our incredible training team will show you the ropes!
  • Rewarding Bonus Scheme
  • And drinks always on us!

YOUR SKILLS! Here’s what we need:

  • You must be confident with handling money. We’re talking P&Ls, stock control and meeting targets.
  • You must be a team player, supporting your General Manager and team through thick and thin.
  • Be a creative manager. It’s your bar, your baby! We want you to come up with new cool ideas to make your bar the best place to visit and best place to work.
  • At least x1 year experience managing a busy high volume bar.
  • We’re after a people focused manager who enjoys training, hiring the best bartenders and motivating a team
  • Some knowledge on licensing, risk assessments, health & safety.
  • Some knowledge of organising team rotas and managing the bars labour margin.
  • You’ll be a hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out a dozen old fashions!

That’s us! Come meet us for a drink and we’ll tell you more!

This right here is where the story begins!

When I say 123…You yell TCC!

The Cocktail Club didn’t become one of London’s most prestigious bar experiences overnight. In fact, our story started way back in 2008, when childhood friends JJ Goodman and James “Hoppy” Hopkins, with nothing more than a small loan from JJ’s mum, Lizzie, decided to change the London bar scene. Armed with a world-class drinks menu, years of cocktail expertise, and a passion for nightlife artistry, they came together to open the Covent Garden Cocktail Club.

From that moment onwards, a little local site with a lot of heart soon blossomed into one of London’s most booming bars. Aided by their victory on the 2009 UK television program, The Restaurant, which featured Raymond Blanc and Dragons’ Den’s Sarah Willingham, The Cocktail Club began to revolutionise the London cocktail scene.
