The Grand is York’s only five-star hotel, built in 1906 and standing proudly as a hotel since 2010, we are a beacon of hospitality excellence. We have a state-of-the-art Cookery School, are home to an atmospheric Spa, stunning Meeting and Event spaces and an In-Room Dining offering. Fully flexible hours available, usual shift 0800-1600.

Our Room Attendants are the heartbeat of our hotels, it’s what gives our hotels the ‘wow’ factor. It’s the moment that guests walk into our hotels and are impressed, then enter their bedroom and think ‘wow, this looks wonderful’.
