We are looking for a committed Group Exercise Supervisor who has a genuine enthusiasm for group exercise, a vision to recruit, coach and develop an exceptional instructor team and ensure ALL our studio from BATTLEBOX to BLAZE from CYCLE to High Energy and not forgetting Mind and Body look and feel first class.

We need as supervisor that can create a team, of instructors they can trust and rely on to give our members a 5* experience, whilst growing an ever-changing Group Exercise timetable, ensuring our Signature Products are at the forefront.

Our expectations are that all classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.

So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

Hold a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer. Be/become a Certified BLAZE Instructor. Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class. Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification. Always leads by example, delivering a best-in-class experience. Strong technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate great technique. Ability to inspire, coach, and develop your instructor team, as well as have personal ambition to develop your performance.  Strong planning and organisation skills, be solutions driven and demonstrate that you can think on your feet and manage the moment. Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional with good time keeping. Appreciates customer feedback and strives to exceed expectations. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate! Experience of planning events to drive member engagement and exceed penetration and occupancy targets.  Work collaboratively with the wider management team to ensure programming excellence principles are followed.
