Job Types: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: From £11.20 per hour

Are you a people person who has an eye for quality and wishes to develop your skills in leadership.

You will also receive training opportunities to enhance your qualifications, such as L2 Gym Instructor, L1 Swim Teacher, plus Pool Plant Operations and Food Hygiene, all helping you prepare for a successful career in the leisure industry.

You will undertake a range of duties including leading the team of lifeguards whilst on shift, and ensuring facility preparations are up to the highest level, and supporting the Operational Duty Managers.

You will also be given your own areas of responsibility to help develop you in your role.

Professional Qualification

• RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

Skills& Qualities

• Previous lifeguard experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and have the ambition to progress within the industry
• Ability to work shifts and be flexible
• Works well on your own and as part of a team
• Positive CAN DO Attitude

The successful applicants will be subject to a background disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
