The Café is a hub of activity serving a variety of guests on varying packages, with that in mind you will work flexibly and proactively ensuring that every guest need is catered for. You will have an exceptional knowledge of our Food and Beverage offerings, and you will lead and inspire your team to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue.

Some responsibilities include:

• You will assist in the day-to-day running of the Café and ensure your team are fully briefed on the day’s guests, bookings and food offerings.
• Responsible for the weekly rotas, ensuring all hours within the café are covered.
• To supervise and assign tasks to ensure the completion of the daily cleaning of the Café, service areas and equipment. Ensuring a high level of presentation.
• To ensure dietary sheets are provided for guests with specific requirements
• Ensuring all service staff have a good knowledge of nutrition and adhere to dietary policies
