The Purpose of the role:

As a Health & Beauty Manager / Head Therapist at Warner Leisure Hotels you will lead, encourage and coach a passionate team who work in a high performing, fast paced environment, delighting our guests with exceptional service.
Role responsibilities:

To oversee, review and approve team levels, successfully recruiting, selecting and developing team members who  have a commitment and passion for delivering high standards and service
Stock control management, providing the team with the appropriate tools and resources for the job, and working  within the budget provided for the department, spending money appropriately to enhance the guest experience.
Managing the salon environment and treatment diary and maximising opportunities for hotel and day spa guests  to enjoy our facilities.
Ensuring you and the team deliver the full range of treatments available and offer relevant products to  purchase based on client concerns.
Meet and aim to exceed customer service targets and financial KPIs unique to your team, provided by your  General Manager and the company
Providing safe, secure and appealing environments around the Hotel or Coastal Village by undertaking up to  date Risk Assessments for the department's operation, and ensuring defects requiring technical maintenance are  being reported and followed up
