Haven are currently on the lookout for our next cohort of Summer Temp Contact Centre Advisors!

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be joining one great team, proudly and consistently providing an individual, tailor-made guest experience.  We are looking for motivated individuals who can demonstrate great listening skills and help our guests to choose the holiday that's perfect for them. This is a Hybrid opportunity, with expectancy to be in the contact centre 2-3 times per week (which will be reviewed on an ongoing basis taking into account business needs). 

This would be a great opportunity for you if ...:
- You will be on your break from University between Mid-May up until Mid-September
- Have experience in Customer Service AND / OR a Contact Centre / Call Centre Environment
- Are looking for a temporary role

Process:
- We are looking to hold an Interview / Assessment Day during April (During your time off at Easter, if you are a uni student), with a view to be able to start with us during the 1st or 2nd Week of May (Once you are on your Summer break if you are at Uni)
- The Interview / Assessment Day will involve a presentation from the hiring manager, meet and greats with colleagues, a short 30 Minute Interview, a Tea / Coffee break with a chance to answer any questions and will finish off with a tour of our office

- Flexible and can work shifts (more information regarding shifts below)

Duties:

- To work as part of a multi skilled sales & customer services team by supporting our guests with the booking of their break, promoting upgrades, answering questions, taking payments & dealing with complaints.
- To demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Haven's operations and have a detailed knowledge of the Haven Holidays product.
- To support other areas of the business or tasks as required.

To be successful you will:

- Have had previous customer service/call centre/contact centre (Preferred, not essential)
- Have good listening skills, understanding our guest's requirements
- Be confident in making decisions that support our guests and our business
- Be patient and have a problem-solving attitude
- Everything else will be taught by us!

Shifts:
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in office / 2 days at home
- Our contact centre opening hours are Monday to Friday - (9am - 7pm) and Weekends (9am - 6pm)
- Shift Patterns: 4 days in the week, 1 day at weekend
