About the Role 

 We are looking for chefs to join our busy catering team. Our kitchens vary in size - some have up to 10 chefs who cook to order for all our self-catering guests and day visitors. Our large half board restaurants serve breakfast and evening meals to up to 1800 guests daily. We also have a range of retail restaurants from traditional pub style to BBQ flame grilled to Italian.

The purpose of the role: 

Assisting in the smooth, safe, hygienic running of the kitchen and in the production and presentation of food, ensuring the team deliver a dining experience that our guests will value and rememberWorking in a high performing, fast paced volume catering environment aiming to exceed our guest's dining needs and expectationspreparing ingredients, cooking meals and plating dishes from a set menu based on standardised recipes and specifications

We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in these roles, you'll have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with a variety of cooking styles. You'll work alongside other talented chefs and industry experts with access to beautiful ingredients and varied menus.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

Have previous experience in a similar high paced kitchen environmentHave excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAre energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving and who will understand their role and the value they can add to the guest and the team experience.
