Salary: £33,000 + Service Charge (Expected £450 per month)

What you will do as a Junior Sous-Chef Pastry at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
- Take pride in the exceptional desserts and pastries that you will create for all the hotel outlets, including our Afternoon Tea with a twist, which guides guests on a journey through history, nobility and perfumery.
- Work together with the team bringing energy and enthusiasm to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists within the pastry team and with other departments.
- Be creative, curious and keen to develop your chef skills as we are constantly innovating and adapting our menus.
