Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to be part of our Fountain Brasserie team in our beautiful Woodcote Park Clubhouse. To lead the restaurant team in order to create and deliver a dining experience that is memorable for members. The restaurant caters for bookings and walk ins with a variety of requirements from coffees and sandwiches to 3 course lunches and dinners.

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
• Numerical skills and experience of cash handling

Minimum experience required:

• Management and Leadership skills
• Budget planning and monitoring
• Intermediate Food hygiene
• Awareness of Licencing laws
