General Manager - Designate

We are now recruiting for a talented General Manager to join our team. Initially you will provide Maternity Cover at our busy Camden Food Co. at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow before finding a permanent home at one of our many other units.

As a General Manager, you'll be ensuring that the team delivers the best in customer service, whilst making sure that the store is welcoming at all times. You'll be making sure that the unit reaches its' financial and quality targets, as well as coaching your team to success. We want you to take ownership for the store's quality and excellence in service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, managing and a diverse team of people ideally within retail or hospitality.
• Commercial awareness with good planning and analytical skills, able to understand a P&L and confident communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong people management skills to lead, motivate and develop your team.
