Key Relationships: Head of Revenue, Reservations Manager, Reservations Supervisor, National Event Sales Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Marketing Managers, Ops Manager..

Works in Partnership with: General Manager

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager, the successful candidate plays a pivotal role in our business and your team, guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver exceptional experiences and results. Working with the General Manager, the Business Development Manager is the ambassador for the brand driving sales and covers, both pre booked and walk by implementing a highly effective and measurable sales and marketing strategy to engage and convert B2B and B2C audiences.  

Your role includes the successful management of pre booked sales by ensuring that you are proactively targeting all the relevant opportunities in your town or city including, corporates, residents, tourists, influencers, event organisers and community hubs. You will actively generate leads for, negotiate and close business deals through a proactive approach to selling and networking, whilst keeping up to date with market trends.
