Job Type: Full Time - 45 hours per week (Mixture of Shifts, Monday to Sunday)

Job Introduction

Progress your management career. As you support the General Manager with running the restaurant and leading the team—deputising, when needed—you’ll develop skills that will drive your management career forward. It won’t be long before you’re ready to step up and run a Pizza Hut restaurant—or even a few of them—yourself.

Main Responsibilities

As an assistant manager here, you’ll lead by example, embodying the Pizza Hut way by being yourself and putting everything into creating guest experiences that really matter. Forecasting sales, running payroll, shift-managing and maintain smooth running so that your team can relax, be themselves and deliver great service the way they want to. You’ll help everyone thrive—yourself included.

You’ll be an inspiring leader who can bring a team together and show them exactly what’s great about working at the Hut. That’ll sometimes mean going the extra mile for your staff—because they do the same for you. That’s how you’re able to spread the positivity that makes our restaurants special places.

Maybe you’ve got a background in retail as a store manager or perhaps you’ve been a deputy manager in hospitality before. Either way, your people skills will be second to none. You’ll be able to make a big, positive impact both commercially and culturally here.
