The What...

Our Social Media Advisor will be responsible for taking our customer care to the next level. Taking ownership of replying to all queries via various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, you will lead the way in implementing our tone of voice and ensuring our community management across the platforms is consistent and timely to maintain our brand reputation. Through our digital channels, you will be making impactful changes that improves our overall customer experience of our consumer brands.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in e-commerce online customer services or other relevant customer facing roles and working to high volume of emails on a daily basis and targets.
  • Competent with digital communication technology including social media and other computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with good communication across business and teams.
  • Ability to make confident decisions in relation to resolving customer issues within agreed business process.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships across teams.
  • To work well under pressure and work with a wide variety of people.
  • A consistent professional approach to all tasks.
  • Knowledgeable across different social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time keeping and prioritisation skills.
  • A ‘customer first’ attitude.
  • A proactive and positive approach to customer complaint handling
