BGL has a Head Professional position vacancy at Redbourn Golf Club in Hertfordshire, as our current Head Professional is leaving after a successful 27 years. A busy members club with 27 holes and a 26 bay Trackman Range, Redbourn is offering a competitive salary with realistic earning potential of £45k OTE, and excellent company benefits. The ideal candidate must possess exceptionally high levels of customer service and attention to detail, ability to nurture, develop and retain a team of PGA professionals whilst developing all aspects of the golf operations to ensure that member and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

A minimum of two years’ experience as Head Professional preferred but not essential.
