As a Room Attendant you will be working within the within our Housekeeping family, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive and fun team all collaborating and working towards tailor made guest experiences.  You will report directly to the Director of Accommodation Services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean all allocated bedrooms to the highest standards following departmental SOP, look after bedroom corridors and pantries on the allocated floor.
  • Conduct daily Spring Clean in allocated room following departmental SOP.
  • Handle all Lost Property items in accordance to departmental SOP.
  • Personalize the service to our guests by using guest history where possible.
  • Greet our guests in line with our LQA Standards.
  • Report any shortage of linen and follow up rejected linen procedures.
  • Attend relevant departmental training sessions.

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster gate on the central line underground.
