Job - Bank Occupational Therapist

Location -All HCA Healthcare UK hospital sites located in London

Contract Type - Bank, weekday and weekend cover.

Job Description

We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our Bank to effectively manage a caseload of patients across the following specialities, covering general surgery, medical, orthopaedic, Acute, ITU, Neuro and oncology specialities.

Bank shifts will be based on your availability and the business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis of patient conditions and to seek second opinion in circumstances when diagnosis may be unclear.

• To provide highly specialised occupational therapy treatment using evidence based practice where possible.

• To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work.

• To maintain a high standard of professional and personal conduct, complying with the HCA code of conduct and the HCPC rules of professional conduct.

Skills & Experience

• HCPC registered

• Graduate Diploma or BSc in Occupational Therapy

• Significant post qualification experience, including recent work in acute settings, general surgery, medical, orthopaedic, ITU, Neuro and oncology specialities.

• Evidence of continuing professional/personal development
