Shifts/Pattern or work: 40 Hours per week On Site

Our Prestatyn service centre is the hub for all of our new patients and delivers a 5-star service. HCA Healthcare UK is proud to be one of the largest employers, in Prestatyn as well as being the largest private healthcare provider in the UK. Our Office are a 10-minute walk from local rail and public transport links.
We have an exception role for you, in the position of Contact Centre Advisor.
The Impact you will have:
You will be responsible for delivering a five-star service, selling the benefits of HCA Healthcare UK and guiding the customer though the call following the prescribed script. Contact with the customer will involve both inbound and outbound activities, answering emails, data entry and general administrative tasks.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- Proven excellent Customer Service experience
- Team player and ability to build effective working relationships
- Good previous office experience
- Confident in all aspects of Microsoft Office; including Outlook and Excel
- Able to communicate confidently via the telephone and via email
- Works well in a supportive team environment
