Receptionist

Location: Manchester - The Christie Private Care

Salary Range: Up to 24,000 dependent upon skills and experience

Shifts/Pattern or work: 37.5 Hours Mon to Friday, between 07:30 & 19:00

The Impact you will have:

We have an exception role for you, in the position of Receptionist based in The Christie Private Care Centre, Manchester.

• Ensuring our patients receive the very best in private healthcare is central to all we do.
• This is made possible as leading consultants work together as a multidisciplinary team (MDT), sharing their relevant expertise across a range of medical specialists and sub-specialisms.
• As our Receptionist, you are at the inception of delivering exceptional care to our patients.
• You are the face of the centre and the first point of contact.
• You will have the opportunity to meet all patients and visitors to the centre, offering a highly professional, efficient, customer focused approach.
• You will be arranging transportation and provide a polished, efficient telephony service to all patients, doctors and visitors.
• You will also undertake various general administration tasks such as maintaining visitors logs, diary management, emails etc.

In this role you will learn from our leading experts and will contribute the vital care of our patients, as a valued member of the HCA Group.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;

• Previous experience in a customer focused, front of house role.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Highley efficient and professional in representing an organisation.
• Ability to act calmly and quickly in emergency situations
• Good general level of education
• Previous Healthcare / Hospital experience desirable
