As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans that engage our employees and align with our business goals. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering clear, confident, and consistent messages across multiple channels, including email, intranet, video, and face-to-face communication, for a wide-ranging audience across the business.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Supporting in the delivery of communications across both Haven and Bourne Group, reaching over 15,000 colleagues
- Ensuring our teams receive communications that help them to understand the role they have to play in delivering the strategy, and so garners loyalty
- Managing the company's internal communications channels whilst always looking for new, creative and innovative ways to increase team engagement and improve two-way communication.
- Managing and creating communications launch plans for a variety of key projects and campaigns, including our Inclusion and Diversity agenda, team learning and development, policy launches, our Team Voice representatives, wellbeing, culture and values.

What we'd like you to bring:
- Proven experience of working in an internal communications role for a large business with a varied team
- Adaptability in using different technologies to communicate, including livestreams, on both a large and small scale
- Excellent knowledge of communications tools, including Sharepoint
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent creative and writing skills
